Howard Rae - BComm, CA
Chief Financial Officer
Howard is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has 20 years experience across the accounting profession and resources industry, with expertise in the areas of commercial management, mineral project evaluation, corporate development and debt and equity financing. After graduating from the University of Western Australia, he spent the early part of his career with Ernst & Young, before joining ASX listed Aurora Gold Limited with financial management responsibilities as it expanded its operations into Indonesia, via the financing and development of the Mt Muro gold and silver mine in Kalimantan. More recently Howard spent nine years in strategy and business development with South African listed Kumba Resources Limited, managing growth opportunities in the Australasian region, which included the development of the Hope Downs Iron Ore Project, acquisition of mineral sands miner Ticor Limited and ASX listing of nickel producer Mincor Resources NL.
