Jason is a legal practitioner admitted in Western Australia, New South Wales and Victoria. Jason has over 10 years in-house experience with Rio Tinto where he worked on a wide range of activities in corporate, M&A, joint ventures, exploration, procurement, IT, shipping and treasury. Jason was also a key member of Rio Tinto’s team responsible for negotiation of the Investment Agreement for the Oyu Tolgoi Copper Project in Mongolia. Prior to joining Aquila, Jason was the Legal Manager for Ivanhoe Australia where he was responsible for establishing and leading the legal function.
