API Management is currently undertaking the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS), which includes detailed engineering for the development of a 30 Mtpa pisolite mine and associated port and rail infrastructure. The DFS is scheduled to be completed during 2010, with first shipment of iron ore scheduled for 2013. Baseline environmental studies for approval processes and a programme of stakeholder consultation are well advanced, with environmental approvals expected by 2011.
