Mr Ellison has more than 40 years' experience across Australia's mining and resources sectors.
He is the Founder and Managing Director of Mineral Resources Ltd, a $9 billion pit-to-port mining services provider that listed on the Australian Securities Exchange in 2006.
Under Mr Ellison's vision and leadership, Minerals Resources has become Australia's fifth-largest iron ore exporter, a global top five lithium mining company, the world's largest hard-rock crushing contractor and a partner of choice for the world's leading mining companies.
Mr Ellison is one of Australia's most highly respected business leaders. Since 2013, Mr Ellison has also served as Honorary Consul for New Zealand in Western Australia, fostering a strong bilateral relationship between Australia and New Zealand.
