Aquila Resources Pty Ltd collects the names and email addresses of all subscribers to its announcement distribution list. The collection of names and email addresses is subject to the Privacy Act and subscribers are asked to consent to the collection of their names and addresses to enable compliance with the Privacy Act. Failure to provide consent will prevent successful subscription to the distribution list.
Personal information provided to Aquila Resources Pty Ltd will not be used for any purpose other than providing subscribers with announcements issued by Aquila Resources Pty Ltd. We will not sell or disclose your information to any individual or entity outside the Aquila Resources Group for marketing purposes. It may be disclosed to other members of the Aquila Resources Group and to any service providers who act on our behalf (eg technology providers).
Aquila Resources Pty Ltd takes steps to keep the names and email addresses of subscribers accurate and complete. Reasonable precautions are also taken by the Aquila Resources Group to safeguard all personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Subscribers may unsubscribe from the distribution list at any time by clicking here. If you unsubscribe from the distribution list, your personal information will be deleted.
Access to Personal Information
Subscribers are generally entitled to access their personal information held by any member of the Aquila Resources Group. However, the following situations may preclude access:
- If the information relates to existing or anticipated legal proceedings
- If denying access is required or authorised by law
- If the request is frivolous or vexatious.
