The information above that relates to the Washpool Resource Statement is based on information prepared by Mr Peter Handley from Measured Group Pty Ltd. Mr Handley holds a Bachelor Degree in Applied Geoscience from QUT, with over 19 years’ experience in estimating and reporting coal measures. Mr Handley is a member of Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and has sufficient experience which is relevant to the style of mineralisation and type of deposit and as such qualifies as Competent Persons as defined by the JORC Code 2012 Edition. Mr Handley consents to the inclusion of the matters based on the information in the form and context in which it appears. Resources are quoted in compliance with the December 2012 Australian Code of Reporting of Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (2012 Edition of the JORC Code).
