2020 Eagle Downs Resource Statement

The Eagle Downs Metallurgical Coal Project area contains a JORC Resource of 1,143Mt of which 759Mt are classified as Measured and a further 201Mt are classified as Indicated.

The information above that relates to the Eagle Downs Coal Resource Statement is based on information compiled by Mr Mal Blaik, a Principal Consultant of JB Mining Services Pty Ltd.  Mr Blaik has over 30 years' experience in coal geology and over 20 years' experience in coal resource evaluation. Mr Blaik is a qualified geologist (BSc App Geol (Hons) University of QLD, 1979) and is a member of Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, has experience in this style of mineralisation and as such qualifies as a Competent Person under the JORC Code. Mr Blaik consents to the inclusion of the matters based on his information in the form in which it appears. Resources are quoted in compliance with the December 2012 Australian Code of Reporting of Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (JORC Code).

The information above that relates to the Eagle Downs Coal Reserve statement, is based on information prepared by Mr Graeme Rigg BE (Mining, Hons), a consultant of RPMGlobal Holding Limited. Mr Rigg is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, MAusIMM, and has sufficient experience which is relevant to the style of mineralisation and type of deposit under consideration and to the activity undertaken to qualify him as a Competent Person as defined in the 2012 Edition of the JORC Code. Mr Rigg consents to the inclusion of the matters based on his information in the form and context in which it appears. Reserves are quote in compliance with the December 2012 Australian Code for Reporting of Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (JORC Code).
